External SSD - ADATA SP550 Data Recovery

The Adata SP550 is a solid-state drive (SSD) that uses 3D NAND flash memory technology to provide high-speed data storage and retrieval. The drive uses the SATA III 6Gbps interface and can achieve sequential read and write speeds of up to 560MB/s and 510MB/s, respectively.

The SP550 also features SLC caching technology to accelerate read/write speeds and improve overall performance. It has a mean time between failures (MTBF) of 1.5 million hours. . The SP550 also features advanced error correction technology, as well as SLC caching and DRAM cache buffer, to optimize performance and extend the lifespan of the drive.

The Adata SP550 is a cost-effective SSD option for those looking to upgrade their computer's storage and improve overall system performance.

MODEL: ASP550SS

SSDs have a limited lifespan, and after a certain number of write cycles, they may begin to fail or become unreliable. The failure of a drive can be due to electrical problems, firmware and software issues, compatibility problems and physical damage.

Problem: SSD (in laptop) crashed after multiple BSOD. SMART health test failed. Bad sectors, freezing PC3000.

06MAR2023: Plugged into SSD into pc3000. Wait for task to open. Quick disk analysis -> Scan MFT table. Make MFT table for both partition. Make Map of data. If map fails, run from backwards and limit sector jumping from 1000 to 1.adata_ssd_data_recovery
