It is possible to recover deleted emails from Gmail, but the process and success rate will depend on the specific circumstances. Here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Check the Trash folder: Emails that you delete from your inbox will usually be moved to the Trash folder. If the email you're looking for is there, you can move it back to your inbox.

  2. Check the Spam folder: Sometimes, emails that are accidentally marked as spam will be moved to the Spam folder.

  3. Search your email: You can use the search bar in your Gmail account to search for specific emails. This can be helpful if you're not sure which folder the email was in.

  4. Restore from a backup: If you've been regularly backing up your Gmail account, you may be able to restore your deleted emails from a backup.

  5. Contact Gmail support: If you've tried the above steps and still cannot find your deleted emails, you can contact Gmail support for assistance. They may be able to recover your deleted emails for you.

Keep in mind that, the success rate of recovery depends on how long the emails have been deleted and how Gmail's servers have been cleaned up the data.

Does Zero Alpha recover emails from Gmail?

Unfortunately we can't get direct access to the Google Gmail servers which means if you have tried all the above and failed then we can no longer assist.

If you were using a web browser such as Chrome to access your gmail then no we can't help. If you were downloading your emails to your computer using 3rd party software such as Microsoft Outlook then that may be a possiblity.

If you were using your phone then the chances are very low also. A phone would need to be jailbroken or root accessed to check its memory. This is a expensive excercise that takes months and we still may not find any emails
