04Oct24: This seagate hard drive was purchased second hand by the customer. Unfortunatley it was unreliable from the start. It was taken to a computer shop who were not able to get any files back. The translator module 28 was damaged. We were able to get this drive to fully id and give data access after a translator regeneration.
