23Oct25: This hard drive has been to a few computer shops who tried to get data off it. The led was blinking on the encloure but no status registers we're visible. The case was WDBAAU0020HBK-01. PCB: 2060-771853-000.

11Aug25: This hard drive was dropped and damaged. The customer said it happened 3 years ago. When you turn it on the led blinks but it makings a clunking or clicking sound. We had to replace the heads to get data back. Case PN: WDBAAU0020HBK-01. PCB: 2060-771698-004. 

2TB WD20EARX-00PASB0 Bad Sectors Data Recovery Caselog

 10Sep25: This hard drive will id but you can't access any data. It was very slow to perform any tests and had issues in the firmware until we srs it. Family is Sadle G6. We were able to do a master resource backup now but some misread modules. PCB: 2060-771698-002. Created headsmap and identified that heads 0,1,2 were weak.Â
