20Jul24: This device sounded really bad and scratchy on power up. The blue front led light flashes for a few seconds then it stays solid blue. The device is undetecable via the normal customers network system. After we removed both drives to test them they had seagate hard drives inside. Once of the made loud beeping sounds. The other was in a more workable format. Luckily they were mirrored so we could recover all the files which were stored under share using a XFS system.
