QNAP TS-264 Data Recovery
Zero Alpha offers professional data recovery for TS-264. This QNAP NAS can fail due to RAID corruption, failed hard drives, unreadable storage pools, firmware issues, accidental reset, or power damage. In real cases the unit may still power on but the volume is missing, shared folders cannot be opened, or the NAS no longer allows normal access to the data. We accept mail in jobs from Australia and worldwide. The top sticker reports the model as TS-x64.

QNAP TS-264 Data Recovery Caselog
24MAR26: Customer sent in a QNAP TS-264 with an unreadable RAID volume after one drive developed faults and the NAS was repeatedly rebooted while trying to recover access. We created sector-level images of the drives, rebuilt the RAID virtually, repaired the damaged file system structures, and recovered the accessible data to stable media. The sticker on top says TS-x64.
