A customer came into our service with a 2 Bay Seagate NAS system which was gaining power, but not being recognised in our system. After an assessment with our data recovery engineers, Zero Alpha was able to diagnose a software issue inside of one of the hard drive. This NAS system had 2TB NAS Iron Wolf ST2000VN004 hard drive used internally. Errors with one of these hard drives may cause problem for the whole NAS system.Â
