Disable Autoplay

Don't want to get spammed with annoying pop up messages when you connect a drive?

Disabling Auto Play

  1. On the search bar, type “Control Panel” then locate and click on “Auto Play”.
  2. Once the auto play window opens, you will see "Removable Devices" drop down option. Click on it and choose "Take No Action"
  3. Then click on Save.

Now, insert the USB drive again and check if you receive that same pop-up again.
