Seagate No Spin - No HOST FIS-ReadyStatusFlags Error

23Feb23 - This problem occured on this seagate drive with electrically blown pcb. Pcb repair did not solve this problem. Donor pcb did not solve this problem. Motor test ok. Hot swap test did not identify issue. Regardless of connected pcb even incorrect rom would not spin this drive. Rom matches drive serial number
