Model: ST1000LM010. PN: 9YH146-550. PCB: 100609264 REV B. Case: Seagate Expansion Portable Drive PN: 9SD2A6-500 1TB. The drive was mailed in from Mackay Queensland and we found bad sectors in the log. We recovered all the files and folders.
