18May26: This usb hard drive is not working and shows this error message when plugged in: Location is not available D:\ is not accessible Data error (cyclic redundancy check) The hard drive is a Seagate FreePlay 1000gb. Model: ST1000LM010. PN: 9YH146-550. PCB: 100609264 REV B. Case: Seagate Expansion Portable Drive PN: 9SD2A6-500 1TB. The drive was mailed in from Mackay Queensland and we found bad sectors in the log. We recovered all the files and folders.
