27Nov25: Customer brought in this SSD for data recovery. Customer tried to run disk drill on this ssd which was unsuccessful. We advice our customers not to experiment with disk drills and check disks as it will destroy the data. The SSD is detected as unallocated 1tb drive. Initial assessment did not show hardware issues. However,the drive started getting read errors along the way as it had bad blocks. Zero Alpha safely recovered all the data. Controller: SM2263XT.
