5Feb24: The drive was not spinning. Checked with another pcb - was not spinning. Converted to SATA,still was not spinning. Opened up the drive, heads were stuck to the platter. Motor was not spinning properly. We thought it was the motor. Inspected the drive second time and removed the heads - the motor was spinning fine. An inspection of the heads showed that damaged had occured to the bottom head. The slider was torn off and completely missing.
