02Nov23 -Β Hard drive making bad scratchy sounds occasionally when mapping.
02Nov23 - The hard drive is now averaging at 37MB/s for most of the recovery. Occasionally speed will drop to 0 in bad sections.
03NOV23 - Speed went down to 25kb/s - 0kb/s. Restarted hard drive and reopened task. Speed went back up to 30MB/s

20Aug24 Customer opened the drive and removed the sticker. The drive was dropped. Id'd sometimes. Customer reported that the drive was clicking. Keeps spinning and slightly clicks. Can not detect the family.
