10 Jan 2024 - Hard drive started clicking once powered on. Spun up and spins down. ABR error detected in PC3000. Opened the drive and released stiction. Still clicking when connected to power and not becoming ready.
11 Jan 2024 - Head replacement from a donor hard drive using the Hitachi H3-1 (2) head tool. Must use Hitachi IBM to access utility, cannot access family using toshiba. Created MRB, but head 0 still had some problems.
15 Jan 2024 - Using PC3000 MFT map drive and continue to map data.

31 Jan 2024 - Hard drive spins up and clicks, making a whirling sound. Customer claims there is a motor issue inside. When opening the drive there are no scratches on platter and heads look ok.Â
21Feb24 - Drive is a hitachi drive. Refer here for PC3000 detecting.
22Feb24 - MHA. The drive was running and ran a MRB and MFT scan. Heads died after that and hard drive would not work.
